Victim Assistance Program for Jefferson County

The Jefferson County Victim Assistance Program was established within the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in 1998 to help ensure that victims of crime receive fair, compassionate, and informed support throughout the criminal justice process.

Victim Advocates can provide information, assistance, and referrals to help victims understand their rights, navigate the court process, and access available resources.
