The Misdemeanor Division of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office handles the prosecution of misdemeanor offenses in Jefferson County. The division works with law enforcement, victims, witnesses, and the courts throughout the prosecution process.

Cases Prosecuted

The Misdemeanor Division prosecutes a variety of offenses, including:
