Juvenile Division

The Juvenile Division handles all matters involving juveniles as victims or as offenders. These include abuse and neglect matters, juvenile delinquency matters, and juvenile status offenses. Attorneys in the Juvenile Division work with governmental partners and community organizations to protect children from harm, provide resources to juveniles and families, and care for and rehabilitate juveniles involved in the system. We focus on services that address the mental and physical needs of children.
